About the game
Daily kaodoku in four difficulty levels, a sudoku with smileys in place of numbers. Each smiley has one of three mouths and one of three shapes, and each of the nine combinations appears once per row, column and box.
Daily Kaodoku belongs to the Sudoku variant in the Brain teasers world and joined the catalogue on June 6, 2019. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Enter a number in an empty cell.
- Make sure no number repeats in a row, column or box.
- Fill the whole grid.
Tips for a better game
- Start with the row, column or box that is missing the fewest numbers.
- Pencil in possible numbers as notes and cross them out as you go.
- Do not guess: every number in a good sudoku can be found by logic.
