About the game
Tile rummy for two players. Try to get all your tiles onto the table by building groups and runs before your opponent.
Rummi is rummy played with tiles instead of cards, and anyone who has played rummy will recognise the rules. The tiles carry numbers in four colours, and you lay them on the table in groups of one number or runs of one colour. This version is for two players, and whoever places all their tiles first wins.
Rummi belongs to the Card games variant in the Table games world and joined the catalogue on August 31, 2020. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- A group is three or four tiles of the same number in different colours.
- A run is three or more consecutive numbers in one colour.
- Lay your tiles on the table as groups and runs, or add them to sets already there.
- If you cannot lay anything, take a tile, and the goal is to empty your rack first.

Three tips for Rummi
- Do not lay everything at once, sometimes it pays to wait for a bigger set.
- Look at what is already on the table, adding to existing runs is often the easiest move.
- Play the tiles that are hardest to fit first.
