About the game
Classic Reversi: players take turns placing discs of their colour. Opposing discs trapped in a straight line between two of yours flip to your colour, and whoever has more discs at the end wins.
Reversi belongs to the Board games variant in the Table games world and joined the catalogue on September 30, 2015. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Choose the piece or stone you want to move.
- Make your move by the rules of the game.
- Beat the computer or reach the goal first.
Tips for a better game
- Before each move, look at what your opponent threatens next.
- In most board games the centre is the most valuable ground, take it early.
- Do not rush: board games reward a plan two or three moves deep.
