Classic gin rummy for two players. The first to reach 100 points wins, and the rules are available inside the game.
Gin rummy is the quicker cousin of the rummy played over coffee across the Balkans. Each player holds ten cards and draws one and discards one every turn. You arrange cards into sets of equal rank and runs in one suit, and you end a hand by knocking when your unmatched cards are worth little. Play runs to 100 points, and the rules are also explained inside the game.
Gin Rummy belongs to the Card games variant in the Table games world and joined the catalogue on April 16, 2015. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Start your turn by taking a card from the stock or the last discard.
- Build sets of three or four of a rank and runs of three or more in one suit.
- End your turn by discarding one card.
- Knock when your leftover cards are low enough, and gin is a hand with no unmatched card at all.

Three tips for gin rummy
- Throw away high cards that do not fit early, they hurt your score if your opponent knocks.
- Watch what your opponent takes from the discard pile, it shows what they are building.
- Do not wait too long for gin when you can knock with a low count.
