About the game
A connect game with eggs from ages past. Link three or more of the same eggs, and the number you need to collect is shown on the left.
Egg Age belongs to the Chains variant in the Match three world and joined the catalogue on April 6, 2020. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Drag your finger or mouse across three or more identical neighbours.
- Let go and the chain disappears.
- Look for long chains that wind across the whole board.
Tips for a better game
- One long chain is worth more than two short ones, so look for winding paths across the board.
- Before letting go, check the chain has not skipped a tile you need.
- Sometimes a short chain is smarter if it opens a long one for the next move.
