About the game
Classic Canfield solitaire. Build the foundations up from the starting card, build down in alternating colours on the tableau, take new cards from the stock or waste pile, and wrap from king to ace.
Canfield Solitaire belongs to the Other layouts variant in the Solitaire world and joined the catalogue on December 7, 2017. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Read the rules on the start screen, because they differ from game to game.
- Note where cards go: onto columns, foundations or into pairs.
- Use undo if the game offers it.
Tips for a better game
- Every layout has its own rules, so read the help before the first deal.
- Watch which cards block the aces and twos, and free those first.
- If the game allows undo, use it to try the same position two ways.
