About the game
The classic five dice game. Throw the dice and enter your score in the right box, choosing where each throw earns the most.
Anyone who has played a five dice game will recognise the idea at once: five dice, a few rolls and a score sheet with boxes to fill. Each turn you roll, keep the dice you like and roll the rest again. At the end of the turn you enter the result in one box, and each box is filled only once.
5Dice belongs to the Board games variant in the Table games world and joined the catalogue on September 30, 2015. The rules, levels and on-screen language are set by the game’s creator, and a short guide appears on its start screen.
How to play
- Roll all five dice.
- Keep the dice you want and roll the others again.
- Enter the result in the box that earns the most points.
- When every box is filled, the total decides the score.

Three tips for the dice game
- Chase the big combinations while plenty of boxes are still open.
- Put a bad roll where it costs you least.
- With a pair, decide at once which combination you chase and keep the right dice.
